As an observer’s status are those who are thinking to join but not yet made decision. Autonomously assimilated organizations with their own specific ministries organizations and responsibility accountability, a national scope of ministry, and the ability and authority to serve in and beyond the Evangelical Christian Alliance of Nepal community.
